Cancer has affected most every family. My family is no different. My father, Horace Goolsby, beat prostate cancer and is treated for skin cancer. My father-in-law, Roger Cauthen, fought and died from bladder cancer. Most recently my sister, has been diagnosed and is battling Pancreatic Cancer.
Until January of this year I had no knowledge of Pancreatic Cancer. This all changed when my sister, Mary Nell, was diagnosed. For this, I am riding in her honor and ask you to support me by making a donation. 100% of donations go directly to cancer research at the Georgia Cancer Center.
Please consider making a donation to my ride and/or joining my team and riding along side me. I have committed to a 45 mile ride, however, if I raise more that $1500 I will committ to 100 miles.
Paceline is not only a ride - it is an experience. An experience that will forever impact lives in Georgia and around the world. 100% of your fundraising will fund life-saving cancer research at the Georgia Cancer Center.
Join us May 10-11, 2019 in Augusta, GA for an amazing evening of entertainment and food followed by an incredible, fully supported ride through the beautiful Georgia terrain the following morning.
Together, we can cure cancer faster.
